Prof. Dr. Groher is a lecturer in supply chain management and corporate management at ISM Munich. As a graduate in business administration, he received his PhD from 1999 to 2002 in the field of supply management. This was followed by various career positions as divisional manager of the consulting firm TCW, as project manager in strategic purchasing at the BMW Group and as authorized representative for international purchasing at WestLB. Before he joined ISM Munich in October 2017, he had spent eight years as Director of Finance and Controlling at Deutsche Apotheker- and Ärztebank in Dusseldorf, where he was responsible for cost management and purchasing.
In his role as advisory board, Prof. Dr. Groher advices the management of STÖHR FAKTOR in topics such as:
- Corporate development and strategic corporate planning
- Development of business models
- Maintaining business relationships and recruiting customers
- Observing market developments and developing trends and innovative ideas
He particularly stands for the connection between science and industry.
